Well first, the M-22 Cafe formely know as the Northwood Cafe does an excellent breakfasts & lunches, open from 8AM to 2 PM daily and weekends serving dinner until 8 PM, with extended hours durring the summer. During Arcadia Daze the Arcadia Lions put on a great pancake breakfast,
and lets not forget the old place "The Big Apple" had very good burgers and probably the best deal is the chicken caesar salad - real bacon, lots of chicken. Given current circumstances with the health inspector, I would avoid the Big Apple until it is under new ownership. The place looks like a dive from the outside and isn't much better on the inside - Such a shame considering how fantastic this place once was!
Update 6/3/09The Big Apple Bar is currently for sale. Secondly, head across the street to the Marina/GiftShop/Ice Cream Shop for really great ice cream and the latest in Arcadia gossip!
